Just a few general fixes.
- Fixed issue preventing player to leave the couch at times.
- Fixed buttons displaying "Sí" instead of "Yes" on English.
- Fixed Lily's door not behaving correctly when starting a new game.
- Added "sleeping pills" option to the fridge dialog.
- Fixed Doctor dialog overriding one of the story dialogs.
